Client: Bethia Naughton-Rumbo
Bethia expressed the need for a re-fresh regarding her social media presence and visuals; post maternity leave. Aiming to have her business social media striking the balance of professionalism yet expressing her brands playful visual identity and personal work approach.
Bethia entrusted me to create Instagram design templates for her to use when posting on her socials. I was asked to use Canva to design these templates, as this is her go to platform for this side of things. This did enable the templates to be easily editable for her to regularly use for her Instagram posting. All that is required for her to do is: login to her Canva account, tweak the template of choice, add in new photo stock, download and post. I took inspiration from her brand identity; colours, tone of voice, character to come up with these mock ups as a first draft.

Bethia had asked for design templates which incorporated clientele testimonials. Alongside a variety of other designs to share a variety of images from a different client projects ( all of which have different visual aesthetics) Therefore my task was to create templates which incorporated Bethias visual identity, yet complimented her various clients look and feel.
I played around with her pink highlighter ( a fun visual identity element for Bethia) I kept to her blue, yellow and pink colour theme. As well as placing imagery within negative space, allowing images to stand out yet bring visual breathing space for text and other elements. We stuck to her Canva font of choice which she uses across the board, mixed in with a playful handwritten font for relaxed playfulness and balance (reflecting her Cornwall lifestyle). Now Bethia can step back into her amazing marketing work with a freshness to her marketing visual identity, easily and confidently.
